Informa PLC, a leading international Live B2B Events, B2B Digital Services, and Academic Markets Group, released its first-quarter trading update, highlighting strong growth and reaffirming its full-year guidance. The Group reported a 7.6% underlying revenue growth in Q1, driven by strong performances in its Live B2B Events portfolio and Academic Markets. With £2.5 billion in revenues already traded, booked, or committed for 2025, the Group has 61% of its full-year target revenues and is pacing ahead of 2024. Informas Major B2B Brands, with 55 of the Top 100 trading in H1, contribute to the 7%+ underlying revenue growth target. The Group also noted its geographic outperformance, particularly in IMEA (India, Middle East, and Africa). The creation of Informa Festivals, a combination of Informa and Ascential brands, is complete and performing well. Informa reaffirmed its full-year guidance, including underlying revenue growth of 5%+, a £4.1 billion revenue target, and double-digit adjusted earnings growth.
