Revenue increased slightly to ยฃ10.3 million (2024: ยฃ10.2 million).
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew to ยฃ9.1 million, representing 89% of total revenue (2024: ยฃ8.9 million, 87%).
Adjusted EBITDA decreased to ยฃ1.6 million (2024: ยฃ1.8 million) due to increased sales and marketing expenditure.
Net profit rose to ยฃ1.7 million (2024ยฃ1.3 million).
Full-year dividend increased by 10% to 4.5 pence per share (2024: 4.1 pence).

For 2026, Ingenta expects revenue to remain broadly in line with 2025, supported by new customer wins and expansions, despite anticipated attrition in legacy platform revenues. The company continues to focus on sales recruitment and pipeline growth, with several proposals in advanced stages of customer approval.
The Board remains committed to a progressive dividend policy, recommending a final dividend of 2.75 pence per share, reflecting confidence in the companys strategy and long-term value creation.
