BCM will pay Oriole **US$900,000** in three monthly installments starting November 2025.

2. **Drilling Program**
The **MB01-N Drilling Program** aims to convert the existing Exploration Target (15-20Mt at 0.77-0.94g/t Au for 370,000–605,000oz gold) into a JORC Resource.
Drilling is expected to start in **December 2025** and complete by **late Q1 2026**.
3. **Project Milestones**
BCM will earn a **50% interest** in both Bibemi and Mbe upon fulfilling financial commitments.
Oriole will intensify negotiations with the Cameroon Government for an **Exploitation Licence** at Bibemi, supported by an updated technical report.
4. **Recent Achievements**
A maiden JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of **870,000oz gold** at the **MB01-S deposit** in Mbe was announced.
Oriole’s cash balance as of **31 October 2025** is **£0.64 million (US$0.84 million)**.
5. **Future Plans**
Funds will also support exploration at the **Pokor** and **Ndom Eastern CLP licences**, contiguous with the Mbe project.
