Renew Holdings plc, a leading UK Engineering Services business, announced its final results for the year ended September 30, 2024. The Group achieved record financial performance with revenue of £1,057.0 million, an increase of 19.1% from the previous year, and an adjusted operating profit of £70.9 million, up by 13.8%. The Groups order book remained strong at £889 million, and it ended the year with a net cash position of £25.7 million. Renews full-year dividend increased by 5.6% to 19.00p, reflecting the companys strong performance and positive outlook. During the year, Renew completed three acquisitions, expanding its service offering and entering new complementary sectors with high barriers to entry and strong growth potential. Post-period end, the Group exited the Specialist Building market and entered the onshore wind services market through the acquisition of Full Circle. The Groups differentiated business model, strong balance sheet, and best-in-class returns profile position it well to take advantage of the governments commitment to maintain and upgrade critical infrastructure in the UK.
